Some Random Pictures

So a few weeks ago Kaitlyn fell asleep in her high chair. I got the camera out because I knew I had taken some similar pictures with Abigail. I had never been able to see a ton of similarities between them until I compared the pictures. What do you think?

This weekend was our Ward Christmas party. I thought Kaitlyn would be just fine and do better than Abigail did but I was wrong. Abigail finally did better this year though.

And last but not least, here is Kaitlyn with her first pigtails.

November

In November the girls and I were able to go back to Oregon for me to attend Time of For Women with my mom and sisters. It was a lot of fun to all get together again and to see the families that were able to attend.

We took new pictures of these two. It was a little more difficult than back in May and they have changed a bit.

We were able to celebrate Melanie's birthday while in Oregon.

October

So in October we were able to go as a family to my parents in Oregon. We mainly just hung out and relaxed so I didn't take many pictures but we were able to go to the Zoo one day. It was a lot of fun watching both girls, even though the animals weren't that active.

We also had the opportunity to attend a Halloween party with some friends as well as go Trick or Treating as a family with some friends.  We went as characters from Doc McStuffins. Abigail was Doc, Kaitlyn was Lamby, I was Hallie the Hippo, and Richard was Sir Kirby the brave Knight. My camera died before we got any actual family shots but we had some on my in-laws camera.

Kaitlyn's First Birthday!

I don't know how I have not posted about Kaitlyn's first birthday yet. At her appointment she was 27.5 inches which is 10th percentile and 20.8 pounds which is 37th percentile. So maybe she won't be tall like we were thinking. She is still bigger than Abigail was by far. She is always on the go and always eating. She definitely keeps me on my toes. She can say dada, mama, dog, pants like a dog, signs more, please and eat. She has two teeth and has been walking since just before her birthday.

Birthday Celebrations!

Well this last week has been a week of celebration. We celebrated Richard and Alicia's birthday on Sunday and then celebrated mine and Jake's on Thursday. We also celebrated Kaitlyn's on Friday but I will put her pictures in with her one year post. Here are a few pictures from all the fun.
